I bought one on line, and it came in about 3 days, in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. Camera comes with no software or instructions, but I plugged it into my Dell / Windows laptop, and it worked immediately. Picture and sound quality are surprisingly good. Camera needs plenty of light. No indication of how to turn on the 6 LEDs that are included in this camera. Lens focuses sharply over a wide range. Camera clips securely to the top of my monitor, and it tilts and points in any direction. No trouble; high quality product.
