Return & Refund

Return Authorization Number
Please email GadgetTown.com customer service at info@GadgetTown.com to submit your return request. You have 7 days since the date of receipt to request the RMA# before returning. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. The RMA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RMA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RMA numbers written on the manufacturer's boxes, the product will not be considered resalable,and in turn, will not be eligible for return. All products must be returned in the original package with/includes documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.RMA number is valid for 14 days only and will expire on the 15th day after the date of issuance.The products must be received by Gadgettown.com within 14 days of receipt of RMA. .

Return Policy
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay at least 20% of product value.

International Returns
International Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damage of return shipments. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.GadgetTown will not responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes and other import fees imposed by international customs laws which may vary by origin of import.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within thirty days of the date the product is verified as returned and inspected. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.GadgetTown is not responsible for any taxes and duties imposed by the destination country as well as other handling fees.

Note: Acceptance upon receipt of returned items, GadgetTown will issue credit the customer's account for merchandise costs. No cash refunds will be issued.

Non-Refundable Item
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
2. Items which manufacturers will not accept returns.
3. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
4. Color copiers, printers, fax machines, toner cartridges and consumables.
5. Perfumes and Fragrances.
6. Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games.

Please allow one week for return processing.

Exchange
If you made a wrong order, you have 7 days since the date of receipt to request return or exchange. If you would like a refund, you will get 80% refund and pay all the shipping charges. The product must be returned in original condition with all miscellaneous accessories, Damages or missing accessories on the product, you need to pay at least 20% of product value.

You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. All shipping charges are NON-Refundable unless agreed by GadgetTown.com. 20% restocking fee will be imposed if shipment is refused at time of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by GadgetTown.com.

Lost/Out-of-Stock Item
An item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery in US. After the 6th week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or a reship. GadgetTown is responsible for the reshipping fee.

As for the out-of-stock item, if the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item, there are two situations:
1. For the costumers already paid by PayPal, the charges will be reimbursed via PayPal.
2. For the costumers chose to pay by credit card, the item and the order will be simply canceled. The credit card will not be charged.
