GadgetTown.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by GadgetTown.com and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Shipping
Your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products any physical addresses in US. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your orders and other taxes (8.875% tax rate in NY) associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only. Return and Refund
Please note that GadgetTown.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
1. Product that is configured to your specifications, including personalized products.
2. Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker).
3. Software Up to Date Program Products. (i.e. software upgrade subscription product)

Choice of Law, Jurisdiction

Both you and GadgetTown.com submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the State of New York and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in a court in New York.
