The Laser Pointer I ordered for $21.99 worked great the first four days , but after that it wouldn't turn on ,thats what I told the person I talked to on line.they told me to change a new battery.finally the item work again .

I purchased a 16 inch replacement for my son's laptop,when I open the package,I feel upset,the item can't fit the laptop.after I call the customer service,they send me a file how to install the screen ,finaly the problem was solved .I am happy now .

These guys are awesome! They shipped out my laser super fast; I received it in about one week (Paid for priority shipping, it's totally worth it). And I was very pleased with the product. I'm going to purchase all of my lasers from them, as long as they keep up the good work .

I've order from Gadgetown twice now. The first order was just as described. The price and quality can not be beat. My second order was lost in shipment, but not due to Gadgetown. I contacted Live Help and the support person Kimlee was very helpful in assisting me it tracking down my item.
